When partaking in the Sodor Activity, which allows you to send an E-card to another person by email, we will ask you to enter your name and the name and email address of the person who you would like to receive the E-card in the boxes provided. This is the only personal information that we will collect from you.

We will only use the personal information that you provide for the purposes of sending the E-Card to the person who you would like to receive it. The personal information will not be used for any other purpose.
Keeping the personal information safe
To ensure that the personal information is safe we store the information in a secure server which allows us to send the E-Card. To ensure security of your personal information the server is tested before the E-Card is sent.
The personal information will removed from the server on a quarterly basis.
Whilst we will use all reasonable efforts to safeguard your personal information, you acknowledge that the use of the internet is not entirely secure and for this reason we cannot guarantee the security or integrity of any personal information which is transferred from you or to you via the internet.
Information about other people
When providing personal information such as the name and email address of the person who you would like to receive the E-Card, you confirm that you are authorised to use their information in this way.
Your Use of the Website
We may check your use of this website. This may include monitoring how many times you visit, which pages you go to, traffic data, location data and the originating domain name of a user's internet service provider. This information helps us to build a profile of our users. Some of this data will be aggregated or statistical, which means that we will not be able to identify you individually.
